New record for my 2.4 km run test!

We have a fitness test every year and it includes a 2.4 km run. My fastest so far, is 11 minutes 11 seconds. Anyone beat that? I will set higher records of mine

Nice! Keep training it and when you get to the army, it will do you well.

How mich is km converted into miles? Cuz I can fo a mile rune in like 7-8mins 0.o

i have no idea what my 1.5mile run time is but i know that i can run a mile in about 7 mins and 20 seconds so i would say i could run it in about. 11 minutes isnt bad at all good job

I run 2.2 miles in 14 minutes which is roughly 3.5km I think
My fastest track time for 1.5km was about 5 mins but that was last year so I could do it much faster now

Since you go into a new grade every year, your track limit is increased and so therefore so you have to do better. I did 2.8km in 12 minutes this year. idk if that is good but i haven't done a run to see what my best is.

My fastest mile is 5:59 so maybe i can run it in like 9-10 minutes? Around there
