Service Manager

Service Manager (Memby)
Main in-charge of the miscellaneous service department. Is responsible for the entire miscellaneous service operations of UPE.
- Assignment of orders to crews and trials via PM/skype conversation
- Ensures crews are doing the orders in a prompt timeframe
- Transferring of all in-game payment to our mule
- Gives out payment to crews accordingly at the end of every week (To be decided by Service manager)
- Oversees a team of EOC and 07 crew and if needed, sound out for additional manpower to Customer Service Manager, GM or Owner for recruitment
- Check prior to accepting orders that pre-requisites are meant for the service
- Ensures that customers account are not above 30m 07 in value



By default, Memby is the only participant and so, Memby is the Service Manager. Congratulations!
