My view on expanding the FC.

If this is a repeat, my bad. It told me the post didn't go through after i copied thank goodness. Here goes:
OK, guys. I have been looking around, and I really, honestly think we need more ranks. No, I'm not saying this because I want a rank blah blah blah. I mean, There are times in the day I log on, and there's only a few people in the FC. Most of that time none of them is a rank. If we always have 2-3 ranks on, 24/7 then it's a way better chance of finding people from other timezones that would be interested in Gambling/07-eoc exchange. If there is always a rank on, then people will be more likely to think, "Wow, I like this guy. If he/she's awesome, other ranks might be too." Then they'll tell their friends about it and boom. Suddenly we have 50 people online. It wouldn't be that quick, I know, but it would really help in my opinion. All feedback's appreciated below. Thanks guys.

All of us ranks should be 100% in favor of having at LEAST more fc ranks. Many of us have noticed the lack of ranks we currently have, and i hope we can make some new additions soon

The recent RS3 upgrade now will not auto join the fc whenever you log on. And this inevitably means a smaller number of people joining the FC.


As for the ranks issue, they just need to join the FC and interact with the people inside. And not just focus on the IRC gambling part.

More ranks = less bettors because it's the bettors which become ranks, so this pretty much would only work when we have a larger bettor base

I see your point, Ozz. I'm not meaning have like 100 ranks, just more so there's a rank on all throughout the day. Maybe 1 or 2.

Yeah Mr Illegal that's pretty much what I'm getting at. That way, the betters can actually bet and not have to wait for someone to be on. Or exchange etc.

Look at all the hosts in irc compared to bettors, and faizan was the only one able to take high bets at the time because Moko's bot wasn't reset...

Could definatly use more ranks.

Its currently Summer for half the World. Active Ranks always means Active FC. But its not solely the Ranks Job. Active and Loyal FC Members should be willingly inviting their friends to join this community.
